Warehouse foundations

Are you thinking of building a warehouse to store firewood? Does your construction material company require a structure to house the lumber you offer to your customers?
Since you must make sure that your structure is sturdy, why not opt for screw pile foundations that are specifically designed for heavy load bearing and able to withstand ground temperature fluctuations.

Stability and solidity

Screw piles are driven under the ground’s frost line and are anchored in place thanks to the helix plate at the bottom the pile’s shaft. This makes them impervious to ground movements caused by spring thaw and thus ensures your structure’s stability. Our piles can be installed in any soil type and whatever the environmental constraints!

Quick and easy installation

Since each project is unique, the number, size and placement of the piles are determined according to the type of structure and its weight as well as the type of soil where they will be installed. Our piles come in many sizes. We offer piles ranging in diameter between 1 ⅞ and 6 ⅝ inches equipped with helix plates (the screw that allows to drive the pile down into the ground) anywhere from 8 to 36 inches in size. Our piles will create a sturdy foundation for your structure and will cost less than a traditional concrete foundation.

Thanks to our state of the art, efficient and multitasking machinery and equipment such as our Kubota mini-tractor, we can access any type of property and work on uneven ground. Our machinery is able to install screw piles in various types of soil, from rocky to boggy, and under pretty much any circumstances.

Certification

Our piles are certified by the Canadian Construction Materials Centre (CCMC) and meet Canada’s National Building Code requirements. Ensure your peace of mind thanks to recognized quality products.

Our Piles

Similar to a giant screw, the piles are driven into the ground using specialized equipment and are anchored into place thanks to a helix plate situated at the bottom of the shaft. The piles can therefore securely support structures such as houses, patios, garden sheds, fences and much more. The piles can be used to support new or existent structures.
